Carol’s Favorite Morning Anti-Inflammatory Drink


8 oz. organic dandelion root tea

½” fresh turmeric root or 1/4 tsp. powdered turmeric root

1” ginger root or 1/8 tsp. powdered ginger root

1/4 tsp. of cinnamon powder

2 scoops of organic whey powder

2 tbsp. of milk, dairy, or non-dairy

2 tbsp. of cacao powder

Slice of fresh lemon peel or dried lemon rind

Pinch of salt

Drops of Stevia to taste


Make a strong cup of dandelion tea. Pour it in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. A nice way to start your day!
