Working at a computer station all day can take a toll on the body. Repetitive activities and lack of mobility contribute to aches, pains, and eventual injuries.

Your chair should have the following:

  1. Wheels (five for better mobility).
  2. The ability to twist freely in a space.
  3. Adjustable height.
  4. Adjustable arm rests that will allow you to sit close to your desk.
  5. Lumbar support.
  6. Seat base that adjusts to a comfortable angle and allows you to sit up straight.
