The Ankles

The ankle is one of the most underused joints in the body. Ankle joints can vary. One can collapse in and one can collapse out. Ideal alignment would be if you imagine two felt tipped markers growing out of the ankle bones directly parallel to the floor, you would tilt the inside of your ankles so that the markers were pointing directly toward each other. It’s most common that the ankles roll inward and there needs to be a slight lifting of the inner ankle bones for correct alignment.
